~Submission Guidelines~

Submission Guidelines for Authors:
Articles, essays, fiction, event reviews, crafts, recipes, and poetry of any length. Be advised that very
lengthy fiction or other prose/stories may be presented in installments over more than one issue.

~Submission should be sent via email as an
Attachment or in the body of the message.

~Send Submissions to jennifer@yeoldewitchesbrew.com

~The following formats are acceptable: Plain text Microsoft Word
or in the body of your Email


~A brief biography of the author/artist must accompany all submissions. You may also include brief
contributor statements and contact info
(P.O. boxes, email addresses, urls, etc.) for publication, if you desire.
Please indicate what can and cannot be printed.

Deadlines for Submissions:

SPRING               Febuary 10                 
SUMMER            May 10                        
AUTUMN             August 10                    
WINTER              November 10             


~Ye Olde Witches Brew does not guarantee that we will publish any article we receive. However, we
give all submitted articles serious consideration.Some are held for consideration for future issues.

We reserve the right to edit all submissions, but we ask that all submissions be fully checked for
grammatical and spelling errors. I know I don't need to really put this down but it's better to be safe than
sorry, Please, no pornographic, racist, or sexist material.

Previously published material and simultaneous submissions accepted and of course writers maintain
FULL RIGHTS to all their work. One time use only, unless asked to re-submit prior work.

As we work towards our goal in making this magazine a true hard copy, as of right now we can not
compensate our authors but we will give free advertising for our writers as well as a brief bio and
picture and all contact information to get in touch with any of our contributors.
